• •Improve program operations and client reporting
• •Maintain platform security and prevent fraud

Your information may be viewed internally by Miller Bros Sales leadership, operations, payroll/commission staff, and technical admins.

Some summarized or deal-level data (for example, "123 Main St installed 1 Gig on 10/14") may be shared with the relevant client for confirmation, audit, or billing.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data submitted to MBX.

No system is perfectly secure, and you acknowledge that you are using MBX at your own risk.

• 1.Do not submit more customer personal information than required. Typically this means address + plan sold. Avoid uploading banking info, SSNs, etc.
• 2.If you see data in MBX that you should not have access to, you agree not to copy, screenshot, or share it. Notify Miller Bros Sales immediately.

We keep submitted data as long as needed for operational, compensation, accounting, audit, or legal purposes, including client verification and dispute defense.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of MBX after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
